Happy 2025 and the "Magic Touch"
Hey all, how is 2025 going so far? Would love to hear the responses.2024 was getting back to the green. Mostly because I was looking for inspiration for another project (Alice in Wonderland theme in a LARP camping event) and stumbled on this Newton Server that Sylvian and I started years ago still up. And then I got back into tinkering with Newton, so thanks Sylvain!
And going through my Newton cards and recordings I found one song I've always loved, "The Magic Touch" by Mike Oldfield:

Such a wonderful song that sometimes veres into New Age territory as this is Mike Oldfield.
In my searches, I found TV commercials for 106.1 and 107.5 the Oasis in Dallas, which were added to the playlist.
And I found an Oasis (96.9) which is still going!

That is fun to listen to. Despite that, this Newton server will continue to provide a unique look at what a Newton Server can bring together, a nice visual experience for hanging out, and place to stream a New Age and Lite Jazz play list.
Let's see what this year brings together!
